view of the Zephyr at Pontchartrain Beach on the New Orleans Lake
Front. Pontchartrain Beach was sold to contractors a number of years
ago and was eventually torn down for LSU to build a Research Park Pontchartrain Beach was and icon of fun for many people in the New Orleans Area. It is sorely missed by everyone, especially musicians. There were many great concerts by famous groups and local musicians. Watch for our history page coming soon. |
